Reentry and recovery require more than just a roof overhead—they require structure, clear expectations, and daily discipline. The iPM residential program is designed to guide residents through defined milestones, moving from initial stabilization to independent, productive living.

Resident Admission & Intake Criteria

iMPerfect People Ministries is dedicated to providing an environment where every resident can focus on long-term stability and renewal. To maintain safety, community trust, and mutual accountability, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:

• Commitment to Sobriety: Must be fully committed to an alcohol- and drug-free lifestyle, with mandatory participation in random, routine screenings.

• Active Program Engagement: Willingness to engage in structured 12-Step recovery pathways, peer accountability, and household routines.

• Community Harmony: Capable of independent self-care and living peacefully in a shared, peer-supportive group environment.

• Reentry & Accountability Compliance: Must be willing to maintain compliance with all legal, probation, or parole requirements where applicable.

Referrals are accepted from individuals, families, faith communities, county agencies, and correctional/probation liaisons.
